Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) Project Manager Iberia

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Understand and excell (after training) actual ERP day-to-day functions (you will have to perform all actual functionalities of AP AR GL Fix assets Leases)
• Compare actual ERP with new OCF ERP and find out possible issues.
• Support maintenance of the project plan for the OCF implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout different phases of the project
• Help identify potential risks or issues and escalate as needed
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
• Provide support with system configuration data migration testing and user acceptance activities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
• Prepare and share regular project updates with senior team members
• Assist with the controls and evidences for Internal audits.
• Support the transition from implementation to ongoing support and maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial and cost accounting
• Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions formulas and data analysis tools
• Available to work flexible hours (Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm / Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm)
• Spanish bilingual and excellent command on English (Level Advanced - C1) is a must
• Proven track record of successful large-scale ERP implementations is a plus
