Youll join a tight-knit founding team in Australia and work directly with the co-founders to design architect and improve the platform.

This is a chance to own complex UI/UX challenges influence design decisions and mentor others all while contributing to a platform thats scaling globally

About you

Deep expertise in React and TypeScript building complex high-performance frontend applications
Passionate about UI/UX turning client feedback into intuitive elegant interfaces
Comfortable influencing architecture and frontend strategy across the platform
Experienced in mentoring and developing engineers fostering collaboration and high standards
Thrive in autonomous fast-moving environments balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Curious proactive and quality-driven solving complex problems with pragmatic solutions
Comfortable working across the stack ( exposure a bonus)
