Full-Time Hybrid Schedule with Monthly Onsite Visits
At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) play a vital role in helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based care. Were seeking a BCBA to join our Richmond VA team in a hybrid capacity combining remote flexibility with monthly onsite collaboration and client engagement at the clinic.
Position Details
- Setting: Hybrid (remote work with monthly onsite visits in Richmond VA)
- Schedule: MondayFriday consistent weekday hours
- Status: Full-time
- Reports To: Clinical Director
- Compensation: $80000 $100000 per year based on experience and certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs Behavior Technicians and trainees to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies
- Review session data and monitor client progress to guide treatment adjustments
- Provide caregiver training and support to promote consistency and skill generalization
- Participate in monthly onsite visits to conduct supervision team collaboration and direct client work
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with BACB and AutismCOE standards
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- Eligible for or holding Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to travel to Richmond clinic monthly
