Job Summary
WW Prime UX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic planning and design operations with a special focus on measuring design impact overall and accelerating the adoption of generative AI technologies. This role will be responsible for establishing metrics frameworks optimizing design operations and leading key programs that enhance our design capabilities through AI innovation. This role will report directly to the WW Prime UX Director. Prime is the worlds most valuable membership service. We are looking for a Product Manager capable of elevating our design operations in support of our team and Prime customers.
Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical enthusiastic self-motivated detail-oriented customer-focused and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization.

We innovate and design on behalf of our customers and are relentlessly focused on improving the membership experience to delight customers around the globe. Our team includes 30 designers researchers writers and design technologists.
- 6 years of design experience
- 3 years of leading design teams experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop Illustrator Fireworks Visio Axure and Dreamweaver
- Experience working cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from product management engineering testing and marketing
- Experience with agile/scrum

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
