Under general supervision the Campus Scholarships Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the success of campus scholarship programs from start to finish. The incumbent is responsible for program administration scholarship competitions donor engagement and staff direction. This includes developing scholarship programs and materials coordinating annual competitions and collaborating with both internal departments and external partners to align with student needs and donor expectations. The role also requires ongoing fund monitoring reconciliation and reporting to ensure compliance and transparency. Additionally the Coordinator supports students by offering workshops resources and guidance to strengthen their ability to secure funding while recognizing awardees and fostering positive donor relations.
