Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer to join the filtration division of a fast-growing global engineering manufacturer.
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities across the industrial filtration sector in Charleston & Huntington West Virginia. Candidates ideally should be based in West Virginia though Southeastern Ohio or Northeastern Kentucky may also be considered.

Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer - Role
- Drive new business across the industrial filtration market in West Virginia.
- Manage and grow sales of Air Filtration Compressed Air Filtration Dust Mist & Fume Collection Hydraulic Filtration Liquid Filtration UV-C Products
- Carry out product demonstrations attend exhibitions and negotiate to win new accounts.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and deliver end-to-end application solutions for customers.
- Offer after-sales service and technical backup.
- Work remotely from your base location with regional travel expected.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical sales role such as Area Sales Manager Sales Engineer Territory Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
- Background in selling filtration products (air liquid hydraulic dust/mist/fume collection or UV-C) or related industrial solutions.
- Strong hunter mentality with a drive to deliver results and grow business.
- Industrial sales experience in environments such as steel mills paper mills gas processing food & beverage or manufacturing facilities is highly valued.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
