Your Role
As an Associate or Technical Director in our Bridges Team you will play a pivotal leadership role within our Auckland transport division driving the successful delivery of major bridge and civil infrastructure design projects. Leveraging your extensive technical expertise and strategic insight you will guide multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative high-quality solutions that consistently surpass client expectations.

You will:

• Take ownership of end-to-end design leadership on complex bridge and civil infrastructure projects across Auckland and nationally

• Cultivate and deepen strategic client relationships to drive new opportunities and long-term partnerships

• Champion innovation by integrating emerging digital engineering tools and advanced construction techniques

• Mentor and develop talented engineers fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with client goals
