CommScope is looking to add aMaintenance Supervisorjoin our Manufacturing Operations Team inCd. Juarez Chihuahua.

Under indirect supervision the maintenance supervisor design and implements preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the facility and its equipment. Collaborates with a group of technicians to preserve in facilities and equipment in optimum conditions regarding functionality hygiene aesthetics and safety.

Meets the annual objectives provided by the company and their manager. Support and participates building improvements plans. Designs and implements the appropriate actions to support the installation of equipment for production.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

5 years of experience with a bachelors degree (in Engineering in any of these specialties: Electricity Mechanics Electro mechanic Industrial Electronics)
English Proficiency: verbal and written effective communication.
Electricity and electric control expertise as well as Pneumatic systems savvy.
HVAC Design along with Plumbing and welding experience.
Knowledge of TPM proactive and predictive maintenance etc.
Familiar with industry standards and regulations of Industrial safety such as (STPS-OSHA ISO 9000).
Industrial Plumbing (Fire protection Pneumatic distribution).
Knowledge of lean tools e.g. 5s Kaizen TPM etc.
Maintenance of industrial facilities substations water treatment compressed air lighting system etc.
Multi-site supports an availability to work outside of business hours and respond to emergencies.

You will excite us if you have:

PLCs Knowledge in read and programming of PLCs.
Knowledge of problem-solving tools CAPPA (8D) 5W DMAIC PDCA etc.
SAP AutoCAD time & attendance.
