Youll work alongside an approachable and knowledgeable Credit Supervisor and Manager who are big believers in training mentoring and encouraging progression at your own pace. Day to Day duties will include -

• Proactive collection of overdue invoices across a varied customer base
  
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to manage risk and resolve queries
  
• Chasing payments by phone and email in a professional customer-focused way
  
• Posting customer payments and maintaining accurate ledgers on systems
  
• Producing and issuing invoices statements and supporting documentation
  
• Handling daily queries from clients resolving them promptly and efficiently
  
• Completing daily bank reconciliations and cash allocations
  
• Supporting aged debtor reporting with commentary and analysis
  
• Reviewing credit limits and managing held orders
  
• Working closely with sales and internal stakeholders to manage debt and processes

• Previous experience working in credit control within a finance team
  
• Someone who is confident communicating with customers and internal teams
  
• Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills
  
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership of their workload and problem-solving
