Job Summary

At Alovia we are looking for a Process Owner specialising in Billing to collaborate on international projects for one of our clients in the service sector in Madrid.

Country business users Familiarization / Play-back Training.
Country processes Discovery collection and understanding of requirements Gap analysis change request process management including challenging countries on requirements not covered by our global template- gap closure measures proposal functional design for any adjustments deemed necessary.
Define and prepare User Acceptance Tests (UAT) defining and communicating test cases preparing data sets conduct unit testing train validators before testing sessions lead UAT defect management: follow-up on resolution of issues. Coordinate cross-module sessions.
Other activities: participate in data migration strategy and execution participate in definition and tracking of Cutover activities hypercare support activities other.

Requisitos

Minimum 3 years experience in functional roles such as PMO Process Owner or similar.
Knowledge of invoicing expenses UAT KPIs etc.
Experience participating in international projects.
Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
Familiarity with agile methodology (Scrum).
Hybrid mode: 1-2 days in person at the headquarters in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).
