The Role

This position combines digital marketing sales administrative support and client relations. You will help elevate our online presence help manage marketing initiatives and ensure an outstanding experience for every client who interacts with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the digital marketing vendor or agency to coordinate campaigns share ideas and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Respond to client inquiries and social media messages nurturing leads with warmth and professionalism.

Propose creative concepts and marketing initiatives aligned with the companys strategy and upcoming promotions.

Monitor social media interactions respond to messages and comments and help nurture leads through personalized professional communication.

Coordinate schedules appointments and client communications ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Assist with administrative tasks such as updating the CRM tracking campaign results and maintaining organized databases.

Support the planning and logistics of events collaborations and promotional activities.

Prepare reports or summaries of client inquiries feedback and engagement insights to inform marketing decisions.

Ensure deadlines brand consistency and client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Requirements

Background in Marketing Sales Communication or Graphic Design.

Proven experience in digital marketing and administrative coordination.

Excellent communication skills in English (fluent).

Experience in hospitality wellness or aesthetic medicine is a plus.

Organized proactive creative and client-focused.

Familiar with CRM systems Google Workspace and social media tools
