A highly regarded Am Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 24 years of experience to join its sophisticated real estate practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions in a collaborative nationally recognized environment.

Key Responsibilities

Represent lenders in real estate financing transactions
Draft and negotiate loan documents
Handle title and survey review and diligence
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on multi-office matters

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
24 years of real estate finance and lender representation experience
Excellent drafting research and communication skills
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility)
