Clinic-Based Full-Time In-Person Role
At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide compassionate evidence-based care that helps children with autism develop meaningful skills and independence. Position Details
- Setting: Clinic-based (Virginia Beach VA)
- Schedule: MondayFriday consistent weekday hours (in-person)
- Status: Full-time
- Reports To: Clinical Director
- Compensation: $80000 $100000 per year based on experience and certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs Behavior Technicians and trainees to ensure quality care
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching to promote skill generalization
- Monitor and analyze treatment data adjusting programs as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and AutismCOE standards
- Participate in team meetings providing clinical input and fostering collaboration
- Ensure compliance with ethical clinical and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- Eligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- Experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and leadership skills
- Commitment to compassionate high-quality family-centered care
