Clinic-Based Full-Time In-Person Role

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide compassionate evidence-based care that helps children with autism develop meaningful skills and independence. Our clinic-based environment promotes collaboration professional growth and a balanced supportive workplace for clinicians.

Position Details

  • Setting: Clinic-based (Virginia Beach VA)
  • Schedule: MondayFriday consistent weekday hours (in-person)
  • Status: Full-time
  • Reports To: Clinical Director
  • Compensation: $80000 $100000 per year based on experience and certification

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs Behavior Technicians and trainees to ensure quality care
  • Provide parent and caregiver coaching to promote skill generalization
  • Monitor and analyze treatment data adjusting programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and AutismCOE standards
  • Participate in team meetings providing clinical input and fostering collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with ethical clinical and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
  • Eligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
  • Experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting
  • Excellent interpersonal organizational and leadership skills
  • Commitment to compassionate high-quality family-centered care
