Clinic-Based Full-Time In-Person Role

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide compassionate evidence-based care that helps children with autism develop meaningful skills and independence. Our clinic-based environment promotes collaboration professional growth and a balanced supportive workplace for clinicians.

Position Details

Setting: Clinic-based (Virginia Beach VA)
Schedule: MondayFriday consistent weekday hours (in-person)
Status: Full-time
Reports To: Clinical Director
Compensation: $80000 $100000 per year based on experience and certification

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs Behavior Technicians and trainees to ensure quality care
Provide parent and caregiver coaching to promote skill generalization
Monitor and analyze treatment data adjusting programs as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and AutismCOE standards
Participate in team meetings providing clinical input and fostering collaboration
Ensure compliance with ethical clinical and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
Eligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
Experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting
Excellent interpersonal organizational and leadership skills
