Job Title: Customs Brokerage SpecialistLocation: East SideJob Type: Full-Time Entry-LevelHours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PMStarting Pay: $14.00/hr and up based on experiencePosition SummarySeeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Brokerage Specialist to join our team in El Paso. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Supply Chain Management Logistics International Business or related fields to start a career in customs and international trade will help ensure smooth and timely processing of import shipments while maintaining compliance with U.S. Customs ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit import documentation to U.S. Customs and other agenciesTrack and monitor shipments for timely customs clearanceClassify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)Communicate with customs officers clients carriers and internal teamsEnsure compliance with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) regulationsAssist with audits and maintain organized recordsStay updated on customs regulations and industry practicesCollaborate with warehousing transportation and customer service departmentsQualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics International Business or related fieldMust be bilingual (English and Spanish)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communicationAbility to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office especially ExcelInternship or coursework related to customs/logistics is a plusMust have a clear background checkPay RateStarting at $14.00/hr based on experienceOpportunities for advancement based on performance and experienceHow to ApplyTo apply please send your resume to:
