cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) .
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care across various settings including medical offices assisted living facilities and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) centers. As an LVN you will play a vital role in patient care working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Available Shifts:
2 pm-10 pm rotating shift w/weekends
Pay: $41/hour with benefits and Sign on bonus of $200
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
Must have at least 2 years nursing experience acute or long-term care setting
CPR
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care and treatment to patients
Assist in implementing care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Perform clinical tasks such as collecting lab work and conducting health screenings
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
Support infection control efforts and quality assurance programs
Participate in training and mentoring new LVNs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and outcomes
