Real Estate Associate 36 Years Dallas

An AmLaw 100 firm with a nationally ranked real estate group is seeking a mid-level associate for its Dallas office. This is a strong lateral opportunity for attorneys looking to build or deepen a practice in complex commercial real estate transactions.

The Role

Work directly with partners on acquisitions dispositions financings and leasing matters across asset classes. Youll handle high-value deals and institutional clients gaining hands-on experience from day one. Cross-office collaboration with major markets is the norm here not the exception.

Who You Are

36 years of commercial real estate experience at a reputable firm
Strong transactional background (deal work leasing lending)
Comfortable running deals or working independently on components
Detail-driven with excellent drafting skills
Texas bar preferred
