Maintain confidentiality of ALL case related matters ensure all laws codes policies and procedures are followed. Manage a high volume of cases to include maintain accurate up to date records and documents.
Requirements
Associates degree in criminal justice or related field with 3 years of experience in the tribal legal field may be substituted for associates degree. Acceptable standards of conduct integrity judgment and ethics; ability to make objective decisions that are based on resoning logic established standards and the law; pass the tribal bar exam. No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years. To include no violations of tribal law.
