Job Summary
Pundmann Ford is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a Title Clerk/Booker/Biller opening with our fun and hard-working Office staff. Our Ideal Candidate(s):
- Title Clerk experience/knowledge is must
- Booking/Billing experience is a PLUS
- Enjoys working in a small team
- Likes to be cross-trained on other office/accounting functions
- Has a proven work history of success
- Possesses a customer service and can-do mentality
- Has high attention to detail and enjoys data entry and interaction with associates both in the Office and in the other areas of our dealership
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
- Car/Truck Dealership accounting experience is a PLUS
- Reynolds & Reynolds software experience is a HUGE PLUS
- Availability to begin work quickly is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Title and application processing
- Complete trade-in payoffs and obtain all needed documentation
- Verify deal documents are complete and accurate
- Reconciling accounts and schedules
- Cross training to learn other positions Booking/Billing
- Filing and other duties as assigned by management
- Work with the office staff and others entering completed deals as-needed
- Will cross-train on Booking/Billing functions
Details:
- Full-time 40 Hours per week
- Eligible for overtime but not much expected or required
- Monday thru Friday (7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8:00 am until 5:00 pm)
