Senior Account Executive (f/m/d) Process and Services Industries

Drive Strategic Growth for Leading Enterprises in the Process & Services Sector

As a Senior Account Executive for Process and Services you will take ownership of a number of strategic enterprise customers in Switzerland. Your mission is to deepen executive relationships lead transformative conversations and deliver measurable business value through SAPs world-class Cloud portfolio. This is a role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on complexity influence and creating lasting customer success.

Your Impact

Lead with Vision and Purpose

  • Serve as the primary executive contact for SAPs most significant clients in the Process & Services industries.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that align the customers business objectives with SAPs innovation roadmap.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders driving digital transformation discussions that go beyond technology focused on growth efficiency and sustainability.

Drive Growth and Deliver Results

  • Own the end-to-end sales process: identify opportunities shape demand build executive consensus and close transformative deals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed cloud revenue and adoption targets and outperform in customer satisfaction by leading complex multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Collaborate across SAPs ecosystem industry experts solution advisors partners and services to deliver tangible value and accelerate customer outcomes.

Inspire Collaboration and Sales Excellence

  • Lead and orchestrate a high-performing virtual account team to drive strategic execution and flawless customer experience.
  • Champion SAPs value-based selling approach focusing on business outcomes and measurable ROI.
  • Represent SAP at executive briefings and industry events positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner.

What You Bring

  • 5 years of proven success in enterprise software sales ideally within Cloud/SaaS and digital transformation environments.
  • A strong track record of leading large complex accounts and managing C-suite relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead virtual cross-functional teams and coordinate global resources effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation and strategic account management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Process and/or Services industries and their evolving business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English are essential; knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in business technology or a related field.
