Job Summary

Michiana Mechanical in Michigan City IN is currently seeking a skilled and committed Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. This full-time earns $25-$40/HR depending on experience with bonus opportunities and a benefits package which includes medical and vision insurance a 401(k) plan with match paid vacation and holidays. Key Responsibilities:

Install start-up and troubleshoot ventilation heating and air conditioning systems for residential customers. Meticulously follow controls/wiring schematics perform field fabrication and employ braze/solder/welding techniques. Ensure unwavering customer satisfaction through the consistent delivery of high-quality workmanship and professional service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Installer.

Proficient in low voltage systems and system start-up procedures.

Ability to interpret controls/wiring schematics perform field fabrication and competently utilize braze/solder/welding techniques.

Hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Flexibility in working irregular and extended hours.
