Job Summary

What Youll Do:
- Develop implement and continuously improve safety programs and policies
- Plan and deliver effective safety training for employees at all levels
- Monitor and enforce compliance across all projects and operations
- Conduct safety inspections audits and risk assessments
- Lead investigations into accidents incidents and near misses
- Build and promote a strong safety culture where everyone takes ownership
- Maintain accurate safety reports and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee emergency preparedness and run drills to keep teams ready
What You Bring:
- Minimum OSHA 30 Certification (additional high-risk activity certifications a plus)
- 23 years of safety management experience (construction or electrical industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of federal state and local safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead communicate and build trust across teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software
- Preferred: BCSP IASHEP OSHA or NCCER certifications
