Our facility includes a spacious warehouse of over 141000 square feet with 11 convenient loading docks and a 60000 square feet parking lot.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Apply accounting principles regulations and policies to all work duties
- Verify invoice details including pricing quantities and terms to ensure accuracy in invoice posting
- Enter bank transactions and perform bank account reconciliations
- Participate in month-end closing (AP Aging reports journal entries etc.)
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Assist in gathering required information and supporting documents for the annual audit
- Maintain and file accounting documents invoices and supporting records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- Working experience: 1- 2 years
- Relevant experience: 1- 2years
- Positive working attitude patient detail-oriented and flexible
- Highly organized and willing to be a team player
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to read and write English
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (preferred but not required).
