Job Summary
Location:
Highland Springs by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Facilities Coordinator where youll address residents daily needs coordinate activities for designated neighborhoods and serve as a liaison between the General Services Department residents and staff.

How you will make an impact:
- Communicate with new residents to explain the operation of each department within General Services
- Investigate complaints suggestions and occurrences
- Select and oversee the work of outside contractors for projects.
- Audit all facilities for proper maintenance repair and cleanliness; coordinates needed repairs with the appropriate department(s)
- Conduct surveys on services recently performed for residents and other departments
- Coordinate re-occupancies of units in assigned neighborhoods
What you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment or within a department with responsibility for facilities management
- Valid drivers license
- Working knowledge of building systems
- Ability to assess resident or other complaints and resolve disputes in a friendly and professional manner
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously

Compensation: commensurate with experience $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.
