Job Summary
NOW HIRING A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN SPRINGDALE AR
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance repair and upkeep of apartment homes and community facilities with minimal supervision. This role ensures that work orders make-readies and preventative maintenance tasks are completed efficiently safely and to Elevations quality standards.

WHAT WILL I DO
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to maintain the propertys physical condition according to company and safety standards.
- Complete work orders unit turns preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep on schedule.
- Diagnose and repair standard maintenance issues including plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and appliance-related concerns.
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing service requests make-readies and maintenance projects.
- Ensure vacant units are made rent-ready within established timelines and budgetary guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with residents vendors and team members to ensure positive relationships and professional service.
- Support special projects and capital improvements as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum one year of maintenance experience in multifamily construction or a related field.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- HVAC and EPA certifications preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical functions typical of apartment maintenance work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
