Job Summary
Youll support candidates through their assessment journey to join the British Army in a fair and welcoming environment. Youll carry out physical and psychometric tests apply scoring guidelines and help evaluate each candidates potential.
This is a full-time on-site role. It includes overnight chaperone and on call duties once per week plus one working weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).

What youll be doing:
- Running assessments with candidates ensuring there is a fair testing environment
- Scoring candidates using set criteria and providing clear feedback
- Discussing career options with candidates and guiding them through next steps
- Writing reports to help Recruiters and Trainers understand each candidates abilities
What Were Looking For:
Essential Skills
- Clear communication and people skills
- Supportive and approachable attitude
- Team player with good organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Full UK Drivers Licence
Desirable
- Some knowledge of Army careers
