Youve found your passion in Convention Sales and love the variety this field offers Then join us as a (Jr.) Event Manager (m/f/d) and become part of our Convention Planning Team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of event planningfollowing contract finalization by the Sales Team
- Guide and support clients throughout the entire event lifecycle from initial coordination to on-site execution
- Serve as the primary liaison for clientsand collaborate closely with Conventions Sales Coordinators and Executives
- Prepare and manage detailed event documentation including schedules functions sheets and invoice reviews
- Work in Partnership with RevenueManagement to ensure optimal utilization of room and meeting space capacities
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental andorganizational goals within the Convention Planning Team
- Lead and Participate in pre- and post-conference briefingsas well as site inspections
- Design and implement training programsassist with onboarding and actively support the professional development of team members
Be able.
- Youre passionate about Convention Sales and ready to take your next step into Event Management
- You stay calm and solution-oriented even in high-pressure situations
- Experience in hospitality and event sales
- Highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills; proficiency in English German is an advantage
- Gained relevant practical event management experience a completed vocational training is preferred
