Your mission
The Channel Lead North America will play a foundational role in building and scaling Checkmks partner ecosystem in a key growth market. This is a high-impact strategic leadership position where youll have the autonomy to define our U.S. channel vision from the ground up shaping our go-to-market motions and building robust scalable programs.
- Youll act as the primary architect of our U.S. channel operations laying the groundwork for long-term success as we expand across North America.
- This is more than just a sales role; its a genuine chance to build something that lasts supported by significant autonomy and executive alignment.
- You will closely partner with our North American Sales team and the Global Channel team to drive explosive growth.
- Crucially youll work cross-functionally with global Sales Marketing Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment and accelerate Checkmks adoption through all indirect channels.
This key role reports directly to the VP of Sales North America. Your profile
- 10 years of relevant experience in channel salesyou know the game inside and out
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel strategies that drive real revenue growth in a partner-led model
- Experience working effectively with distributors and scaling operations through indirect channels
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build scale and mentor a Channel team from the ground up as the function grows
- Deep understanding of the U.S. channel landscape backed by a strong professional network
- Excellent skills in communication negotiation and stakeholder management at all levels
- A proactive self-starter with strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive initiatives independently
- You have a background in a fast-growing high-performance SaaS environment
- Experience in IT monitoring observability or infrastructure management is a big plus
