Working collaboratively within the Enrolments and Administrative Teams the successful applicant will have experience in fast-paced high-demand environments that require focus and exceptional customer service. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities will be key to success in this role. The position is based across both our Tyabb and Carrum Downs campuses on the Mornington Peninsula.
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role by delivering high-quality administrative student health services and customer support across all year levels. This role ensures that student information and College records are accurately maintained securely managed and compliant with relevant legislation while contributing to the smooth functioning of daily school administration. Working collaboratively within the Enrolments and Administrative Teams the Administrative Assistant provides professional and confidential assistance in areas including student enrolments records management first aid and health administration enrolment processes and stakeholder communication. The role is integral to upholding the Colleges commitment to excellence in service delivery operational efficiency and student wellbeing.
