We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern in the Digital Marketing field under the guidance of the Media team to drive digital acceleration and the development of transformational marketing programs across all categories in the Southeast Asia and Taiwan (SEAT) markets for consumers.

Title of Hiring Manager: Digital Marketing Analytics Manager SEAT

Number of internship positions: 1

Preferred Period of Internship Required: January 2026 June/July 2026

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Marketing Communication Business

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to support in the following Digital Acceleration Programs:

Co-design the Influencer Marketing Strategy for SEAT

• Support the development of the Influencer Marketing Framework in SEAT (Consumer Marketing)
• Support in the expansion of the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) reach that aligns with the brand values and consumer needs

Develop Content Strategy

• Develop Social Commerce Digital Content Strategy for key brands across categories
• Work in close collaboration with other functional teams such as Brand Marketing and Medical Affairs to generate streamlined content

Digital Marketing Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Generate Monthly Digital Marketing (CreativeX Digital Governance) Performance Reports
• Monitor and report on market adherence to Digital Marketing Governance guidelines and standards across all digital channels (website social media email marketing etc.).
• Support in any ad-hoc digital marketing/data analytics support
  • Support in the roll-out of Global Digital Marketing Projects (e.g. Website Migration)
  • Analyse creative and media performance data and deliver insights to enhance overall campaign effectiveness across markets.

• Marketing Skills Gain understanding on how to market consumer health products through digital across SEAT and across categories.
• Analytical Skills Understand Media KPIs analyse and interpret relevant datasets related to digital marketing campaigns.
• Stakeholder Management - Opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization including marketing Insights regulatory medical and external stakeholders such as creative/research agencies.
• Project Management Skills Coordination and facilitation of different crucial elements of a marketing plan execution with various stakeholders across local area and global teams.
• Discover individuals strengths interest and suitability for the marketing arena
