Make a difference as Head of Enterprise Architecture

As Head of Enterprise Architecture you will lead and continuously improve the architecture capability and team at Enza Zaden. You will:

• Define and implement an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with our I&D and company strategy

• Ensure that all IT and digital transformation projects contribute to the future-state architecture maintaining reference architectures principles and roadmaps.

• Lead the implementation deployment and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture processes and capabilities.

• Lead the architecture board to evaluate solution designs and enforce architectural standards.

• Manage develop motivate and coach a team of Information Architects and coach business and Information & Digitalization (I&D) colleagues in architecture practices.

• Stay current on architecture trends ensure insights are shared within the team and represent Enza Zaden in external platforms

You will report to the Vice President Information & Digitalization and are part of the I&D Management team. You will lead a team of 4-5 direct reports and collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders.

What you bring as a future colleague

• University-level education (Masters degree).

• 10 years of relevant work experience including 5 years in leading IT Architecture.

• Broad knowledge of architecture practices and information analysis.

• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborative engaging and change leadership abilities.

• Experience leading teams and coaching colleagues across levels.

• Preferred certifications: TOGAF ArchiMate.

You are a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership skills. You enjoy guiding others communicating clearly and taking ownership combining your technical depth with a passion for team leadership and organizational impact.
