Position Summary
The Equipment and Provisioning Coordinator ensures KR Wolfes field teams are fully equipped and ready to perform. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role manages new hire kits tracks tools and equipment coordinates repairs and replacements and maintains accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and collaborativesupporting operational efficiency and team readiness across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

New Hire Provisioning: Assemble and ship tool equipment and technology kits for new field staff; coordinate with HR to meet onboarding timelines.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records in QuickBase conduct regular audits and report shortages or issues.
Equipment Returns & Maintenance: Process returns from exiting employees oversee repairs calibrations and replacements with vendors.
Operational Support: Partner with Procurement and Logistics to restock inventory distribute materials nationwide and improve efficiency.
Compliance & Communication: Ensure all provisioning aligns with company standards safety and SPIRIT/QUEST values.

Qualifications

Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Experience: 24 years in inventory procurement or administrative supportconstruction or technical industry experience preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in inventory systems (QuickBase preferred) Microsoft Office and equipment tracking. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attributes: Detail-oriented proactive and collaborative; thrives in a fast-paced team-driven environment.
Other: Onsite role in Phoenix AZ; occasional local travel as needed.
