Thrive Urgent Care in Torrance is hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join the team!

We are here to provide outpatient veterinary care to relieve pressure from our local and busy ER hospitals help our referring veterinary community and provide exceptional servicepets and their families. This position willmakea positive impact on patients clients and veterinarycolleagueslives!

Successful candidates will:
- demonstrate compassion and care for our clients animals
- effectively and respectfully communicate with all fellow team members and clients
- have the ability tomulti-task work well with others and be self-motivated
- possesses strong customer service skills
- havea flexible schedule
- veterinary experienceis strongly preferred for this role.
- understand the triage process in a veterinary setting
- check in clients and gather all appropriate information
- field questions and communicate well with all team members
- handle financial transactions
- familiarity with Ezyvet software a plus!
- have weekend availability
Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our Urgent Care. They have to work well under stressful situations be adaptable and always provide service with a smile.
Schedule:2x10hour schedule with a regular weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday).

Compensation:Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience withahourly pay rate starting at$18-20/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
