The Case Manager reporting to the Assistant Dean of Students plays a key role in supporting student success by providing proactive student-centered case management. This position assists students navigating personal academic health-related financial and/or family-related challenges.
Working closely with the Dean of Students team and campus partners the Case Manager triages student concerns manages an assigned caseload and provides timely outreach intervention and support. The Case Manager assists students in understanding and navigating university policies accessing resources and making informed decisions to support their academic persistence and personal well-being.
This position is part of a collaborative campus support network including Academic Advising Counseling Services Services for Students with Disabilities Residential Living Student Health Services the Center for the Awareness of Sexual Assault (CASA) Fostering Success and other university and community resources. The Case Manager also provides support to the Students of Concern Team participating in case review documentation and coordinated care efforts.
This is a renewable position contingent on performance and continued funding.

The individual in this role is expected to maintain clear boundaries adhere to university policies and relevant laws and communicate transparently with students regarding their role and scope of services.
