Overview
Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology services to individual patients of all ages and families with a wide range of heart conditions diseases and complications. Diagnose patients and prescribe appropriate interventions therapies medications and other treatments modalities. Treat and manage heart patients using electrocardiograms (EKGs) ultrasounds and MRIs and international technologies such as cathetersand stents and pacemaker implantation and other procedures. Refer patients to outside specialists as necessary. Collect record and maintain details of the patients histories physical examinationsdiagnostic test results assessments management plans and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
Medical Degree or equivalent; completion of residency in Internal Medicine; completion of fellowship in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology; board certification or eligibility for certification in Interventional Cardiology; license to practice medicine or eligibility for licensure in Illinois.
