PwC Ireland - Bring Your Experience Grow Your Skills Unlock Your PotentialA career within our Salesforce Consulting practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences enable sustainable change and drive results. We focus on understanding our clients challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends managing customer life cycles strategically building and leveraging online communities driving employee engagement and collaboration and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals objectives and activities in a secure branded location.
Purpose-led work youll be part of
As a Senior Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with experience of leading teams to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to include:
Leadership of client engagements that includes project planning & budgeting as well as implementation of the delivery
Working with PwC teams both in Ireland and across EMEA
Proactively managing the various stakeholders both on the client side and internal to PwC (e.g. industry sector teams)
Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new or existing clients
Producing proposals and presenting to clients
Experiences and skills
Minimum 7 years of experience running medium to large projects and/or programmes in CRM and integrated systems specifically Salesforce
Knowledgeable about project management and agile methodologies and willingness to learn the PwC way of applying these in our engagements
Commercial awareness and ability to balance delivery need vs budget
Strong team player with the interest to coach and mentor junior colleagues
Experience of leading distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams
Experience of having worked in a matrix environment
Self-motivated and able to work without daily supervision
Excellent communication skills - must be able to understand and articulate technical subjects and issues and discuss them with clients.
Ability to handle ambiguity and find a way to move forward with limited information
