Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Training & Learning Specialist to join our team. This role combines e-learning administration instructional design and the delivery of training programmes across multiple locations. The successful candidate will support branch staff by providing high-quality training solutions coordinating with suppliers and facilitating both online and digital training initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven experience in e-learning administration and instructional design.
- Experience delivering training in both physical and digital environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Cornerstone Moodle) and e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools like Zoom Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to various branch locations.
