Job Summary
Administrative Data entry construction background is a plus
Located in Knoxville TN
Full time position Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm / Temp to Hire
Pay rate is negotiable between $18.00- $20.00hr depending on experience
We are seeking an Administrative Data Entry Clerk with a construction industry background and a minimum of three years experience is required.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word has strong phone etiquette purchases and order entry. Knowledge of Sage 100 software is preferred but not required training will be provided for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Must be able to enter invoices
Credit memos
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in Accounts Payable Purchases and Order entry.
Excellent phone etiquette
experience with Sage 100 software is a plus (training will be available if needed)
Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean background.
