The work:

Manage and administer all aspects of security related support to Special Access Programs
Support personnel clearance processing visit certifications document control physical security proposals including alarm responses
Conduct self-inspections; manage preparations for and representation of security inspections and audits by government security personnel
Routinely interact with both internal and external customers in support of program-related activities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel
Provide on-site securityassistance
Responsible for managing and safeguarding COMSEC (Communications Security) crypto gear
Act asclassifiedsystem Point of Contact (POC) andmaintainaccess and coordination with system administrators
Serve as Points of Contact (POCs) for guardsregardingsecure spaces
Ensure secure space alarm monitoring isaccurateandup to datewith their names and contact details
Maintain and manage all PERSEC templates and instructions on the high side
Coordinate the use of SCIF conference rooms
Manage a shared calendar tofacilitatescheduling and usage of these spaces
Maintain SCIF accreditation integrity and all associated requirements for monitoring and response
Responsible for integration with ISSM for installation and accreditation of client systems
Provide guidance oversee and direct SCIF construction
Provide proposal response write-up and guidance
Active on-site employee responsible for full-service Industrial Security support and compliance for related AFS programscustomerscontractsand clients
Responsible for program engagement collaborationintegrationand reporting across the Corporate Security Directorate
Responsible for draftingmaintainingand updating all program security recordsrequiredupdates incident reportsinvestigationsand findings
Maintaining required clearance level and access to client IT related networks including SAP related databases for performance ofduties

Hereswhat you need:

US Citizenship
5 years of experience as an FSO including extensive experience providing security oversight/management for Special Access Programs
5 years of experience in Personnel Security Facility Clearances OPSEC Standard Operating Procedures
Excellent working knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117 Special Access Program Security Manual ICDs (e.g. ICD 705) SEADs NISS SWFT DISS NBIS e-APP and ITAR
Hands-onexperience with SCIF management and operations
Working knowledge of 13 adjudicative standards and related reporting requirements

TS/SCI Government Security Clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
