Job Summary
Join Prestige Tree Experts as a full-time Sales Representative in Jessup MD and take your sales career to the next level in a role that keeps you out in the field and face-to-face with customers. With a commission-based pay structure your earning potential is $90000 per year based on performance.

WHATS YOUR DAY LIKE
As a tree care Sales Representative your day will revolve around in-person visits to client properties where youll meet with potential customers listen to their needs and offer tailored solutions. Youll inspect outdoor spaces assess visible concerns and propose services that fit each clients situation. Youll prepare pricing estimates answer questions and guide clients toward moving forward with the work. Follow-up will be a key part of your success ensuring no opportunity is left behind. Most of your interactions will be with residential homeowners with occasional commercial projects. For more complex jobs youll also coordinate with our operations team to ensure our crews are well-prepared. Along the way youll take part in regular sales training and receive support to build your knowledge and confidence in the services we offer.

WHATS NEEDED FROM A SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Our current standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 or 5 PM.
- Self-starter attitude with a strong drive to succeed
- Willingness to learn and grow through training
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to use a computer phone and tablet
- Interest in learning about tree care services and safety (training provided)
Previous sales experience preferred. Experience in field-based or face-to-face sales is a plus.
