Sales Rep

Prestige Tree Experts is currently seeking a full-time Sales Rep to join our team in Jessup MD. This is a field-based position where you will meet with customers in person at their homes or properties to assess their needs and offer our professional services. This role offers a commission-based pay structure with the potential to earn $90000 per year based on performance. We provide a company vehicle while working training to build industry knowledge and a strong benefits package including:

Our current standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 or 5 PM.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-starter attitude with a strong drive to succeed
• Willingness to learn and grow through training
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to use a computer phone and tablet
• Interest in learning about tree care services and safety (training provided)

Previous sales experience preferred. Experience in field-based or face-to-face sales is a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SALES REP

As a Sales Rep you will spend each day meeting with prospective clients in person at their properties. You will conduct site visits evaluate their needs and provide professional recommendations based on what you observe. You will prepare accurate pricing proposals answer questions and follow up with clients who do not make an immediate decision. Your focus will be on residential clients with some commercial work as well. When projects are more complex you will coordinate with our production crews to ensure a clear understanding of the job details. You will also participate in ongoing sales training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge of our services.
