Job Summary

As a Volunteer Coach youll take on a hands-on leadership role by guiding young athletes and delivering the i9 Sports Experience. Youll help players develop their skills learn the importance of sportsmanship and most importantly have fun.

Responsibilities

Lead practice sessions that emphasize fundamentals skill development and fun
Teach and demonstrate sportsmanship values and core concepts
Communicate game-day information to players and parents using established platforms
Consistently model a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Sport-specific knowledge and/or coaching experience
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
Availability on weekends and some evenings for the full season (7 weeks)
Must opt in to text messaging for communication

Compensation: $0.01 per week
