Department Overview
Tetra Deployment and Customer Care team provides an interface between customer representative and engineering in terms of Dimetra Tier 3 technical support. TDACC members supervise the process of maintaining customer reported issues from the point of escalation by the second line of support till the solution is delivered back to the customer

What Youll Be Doing:
Become the expert. You wont just be solving problems; youll be providing third-line technical support that directly influences our products and delights our customers.
Lead the charge. Dive into non-standard projects like cutting-edge system integrations and first-of-a-kind (FOA) deployments for our most important customers. This is your chance to shape the future of our technology.
Travel the world. When a challenge cant be solved remotely youll have the chance to travel abroad to tackle it head-on working directly with customers on-site.
Be a global connector. Collaborate with a multi-national team across Poland Europe Asia and the Americas and be the critical link between our customers and our engineering teams.
Influence change. Your expertise will be vital in system-wide quality initiatives providing the crucial customer perspective that helps us build better solutions.

Basic Requirements
- Degree in Telecommunications Computer Science Electronics and similar other fields with work experience in IT/Telecommunications
- Background in Telecommunications systems.
- Previous experience in Dimetra Systems will be a distinct advantage. (cross-box and/or functional)
- Very good language skills in both spoken and written English
- Good negotiation skills are an advantage
- High analytical skills including technical root cause analysis
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Driven
- Self-motivated
- Customer advocacy
- Knowledge of any Dimetra part will be a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of the IMW system will be a distinct advantage
- Flexible in approach to changes
