About the role.

As a result of our incredible success and growth we are looking for a Content Operations Assistant to join us in the Philippines.

Responsibilities include

  • Manage and action tasks within the Operations inbox ensuring timely responses and smooth workflow coordination across teams.
  • Create and maintain brand and offer listings including new brand onboarding offer setup and ongoing updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the development and upkeep of key operational tools and features including the verification tool Premium Brand Hub and Beans ID consumer groups.
  • Oversee offer tracking and performance monitoring ensuring all tracking links and codes function correctly and resolving related issues where needed.
  • Identify and report platform bugs through the established bug management process supporting continuous improvement and platform reliability.


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy.
  • Confident written communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms with good working knowledge of spreadsheets.
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.

  • Previous experience working with a CMS or similar content management tools is a plus.

This is a fully remote role however there is a 3 month training period which will be on site at our Manila office.
