How will you support our Why

The Residential Sales Consultant provides support to sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers of Aussie Broadband.

Youll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:

• Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures

• Maximising revenue and achieving commission through selling procedures

• Identifying customers needs through questioning techniques product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures

• Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.

• Meeting the required sales targets based upon opportunity.

• Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems

• Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
