Job Summary

Working within the Product & Services team the Project Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality customer-facing technology projects across Audio Visual (AV) and End User Compute (EUC) deployments. This role is accountable for planning and managing end-to-end project execution across customer deployments and internal initiatives. It requires effective coordination with Customers Vendors Distributors Sales Teams and Customer Experience Teams ensuring all stakeholders understand their responsibilities and are aligned to clear timebound deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of customer-focused technology projects on time within budget and to scope with a strong focus on Services
  • Maintain project schedules task tracking and milestone monitoring across multiple projects
  • Coordinate internal and external resources ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time
  • Hold each party accountable for their tasks and timelines driving progress resolving blockers and maintaining visibility across all phases of delivery
  • Manage logistics materials and documentation to ensure deployment readiness
  • Support project handover activities including documentation sign-off and invoicing
  • Support the Products and Services Team with post-project reviews and lessons learned activities to drive continuous improvement
  • Support internal strategic initiatives such as vendor onboarding product launches and rollout programs.
  • Ensure timely communication of project status issues and risks to all relevant stakeholders

 

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Act as the primary coordination point for customer communications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Program Manager Product Solutions Managers AV Solutions Leads Sales teams Customer Experience Team Distributors and Installation Partners
  • Provide regular updates and distribute key information to the relevant stakeholders throughout the project delivery cycle.
  • Support escalations and change requests in a timely and structured manner
  • Contribute to an exceptional customer experience by ensuring projects are delivered efficiently professionally and in line with customer expectations

 

Process & Operational Support

  • Maintain up-to-date project logs RAID and Risk registers and reporting documentation in internal systems with the Support of the Partner Program Manager for overall program reporting.
  • Assist in the onboarding and enablement of installation partners and service vendors
  • Support the delivery of internal Product & Services projects including system enhancements data migrations and new offer rollouts
  • Participate in the optimisation of delivery frameworks and internal governance processes
  • Support a structured handover into operational support when required ensuring continuity and long-term success.

Qualifications :

  • 35 years experience coordinating project delivery with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-party project delivery with vendors distributors sales and delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively across competing priorities and strict deadlines
  • Proven capability to communicate collaboratively with confidence and influence
  • Strong ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth project progression
  • Ability to hold internal teams external partners and customers to tasks to meet project outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Projects PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Jira Salesforce or similar)
  • Project coordination or project management certification desirable (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation PMP Agile PM)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within the technology AV End-user Compute or Services industry preferred
