Position Summary
ABM Industries is seeking a skilled General Construction Coordinator III to support tool installation and construction coordination efforts at the Samsung Taylor Semiconductor Plant. This mid-level role is responsible for managing construction scopes coordinating subcontractors and ensuring alignment with Samsungs standards and ABMs quality and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- - Coordinate tool installation and general construction activities across multiple trades and subcontractors.
- - Assist in managing project schedules milestones and resource allocation for assigned scopes.
- - Support site logistics safety compliance and access control.
- - Review construction drawings RFIs submittals and change orders with guidance from senior coordinators.
- - Help resolve field-level issues and escalate concerns to project leadership as needed.
- - Participate in commissioning punch list resolution and system turnover activities.
- - Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
- - Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
- - 5 years of experience in construction coordination ideally in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
- - Working knowledge of construction systems cleanroom protocols and project sequencing.
- - Proficient in MS Project Bluebeam Procore and other project management tools.
- - OSHA 30 certification preferred.
