Qualifications :
Background in estimating for General Contractors (not subcontractors)
Comfortable managing multiple bids across active jobs
Proficient in Sage Estimating On Screen Takeoff iSqFt and Bluebeam
Demonstrated job stability and reliability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
