What Youll Do
- Develop databases and schedules and adhere to a clear timeline of the agencys legal and regulatory time- sensitive requirements.
- Share knowledge and technical expertise with others in the workplace and demonstrate openness to learn from others.
- Work with various departments (e.g. IT legal clinical) to ensure a holistic approach to compliance.
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and potential compliance gaps.
- Develop and implement relevant objective measurement systems and reporting tools to identify opportunities improvement and inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor the accuracy completeness and validity of reporting prior to distribution and ensure the integrity of data through ongoing analysis.
- Exercise excellent collaborative skills with internal and external partners to inïuence and assure organizational compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Artificial Intelligence solutions and Electronic Medical Record compliance liaison
- Actively seek new opportunities to learn and grow throughout the year.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in information management or related field.
- 3-5 years prior experience working in a clinical information systems and/or analytics environment.
- Familiarity with process/performance improvement methodologies implementing change; risk assessments; and gap analysis; Lean Six Sigma belting preferred.
- Understanding of appropriate clinical workflows commercially available technology relational database concepts and package system implementations.
- Prior experience and demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical records Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel Word Visio) reporting packages (i.e. Business Objects) and database management (i.e. SQL).
- Self-directed and motivated and able to work as part of a team when necessary. Robust attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
