1Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Materials & Loadout Coordinator through October 8th 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CSTThe purpose of this position is to coordinate and be responsible for the day-to-day materials and transportation functions to support production as well as maintain proper inventories of chemicals and raw materials to meet shipping schedules at the biodiesel manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Serve as an on-site coordinator with the railroad to manage railcar switch movements.
Manage inventories for finished goods by tracking the daily shipments and production as well as the projected shipments and production to maintain a required inventory in order to meet the customer demand.
Communicate materials and transportation issues between the plant and the corporate office.
Manage inventories track usage and complete receipt reconciliation
Serve as the key contact for all day-to-day plant loading/unloading activities to the corporate sales and procurement group for material and transportation issues.
Schedule and coordinate all rail loading and unloading with REG Logistics REG Sales and REG Procurement for biodiesel co-products and raw materials.
Schedule Co-Product and Chemical deliveries
Serve as key contact to the corporate office on all sales and procurement issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on incoming and outgoing orders including biodiesel raw materials chemicals and co- products.
Track dispute and/or confirm demurrage and detention from suppliers/outside entities
Manage Kosher Certifications quality (CoA) documentation and customer quality specifications
Revise BOLs manage customer contacts reporting features and other job functions in Dearman/TAS
Track and reconcile ULSD inventories
Demonstrate a positive personal and professional image in representing both you and the Company.
Distribute Bill of Lading (BOLs) to customers
Administer training program track training status for logistics employees and implement recurring training/procedure review.
Coordinate procedure development/updates with supervisor and hourly personnel
Participate in the Management of Change (MOC) process
Utilize web-based programs to document near misses and/or incidents.
Perform other duties and assignments as required
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years preferably in Transportation or Logistics environment. Experience in vegetable oil processing biodiesel production or renewable fuels would be beneficial.
Basic computer and math skills.
Demonstrated ability to thoroughly understand and apply processes related toMaterials and Logistics including both inbound and outbound operations.
Strongdiagnostic and analytical capabilities
Proven leadership skills with a commitment to fostering apositive and inclusive work environment.
Ability tofollow and provide clear direction while actively contributing to acollaborative team culture.
Solid understanding ofsafety protocolsrelated to products services transportation and workplace conditions.
Capacity to monitor and alignproduction schedules inventory levels material usage andby-product outputswith operational goals.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel Word Outlook) and strongnumerical aptitudeto support data-driven tasks.
Attention to detail inaccurate data recording timely generation of reports and maintenance of written documentation.

Exposures
This position requires flexible working hours to ensure effective daily plant operations. Exposure to ambient conditions during winter/summer. Travel may be required to customer or supplier locations and business meetings. Exposure to Biodiesel production chemicals and raw feedstock.
