Job Summary

What youll be doing

  • Overseeing end-to-end fulfilment operations ensuring every order meets our SLA and DIFOT targets.
  • Working closely with Shift Managers to lead the day-to-day running of the online fulfilment area from resource planning to performance delivery.
  • Partnering across the business with Transport Customer Care IT and our Fulfilment team at SSO to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Taking a network-wide view of fulfilment volumes to identify opportunities that balance capacity reduce bottlenecks and improve service levels.
  • Championing continuous improvement in our systems processes and productivity driving smarter faster more efficient ways of working.

Qualifications :

What youll bring

  • Strong leadership experience within warehousing fulfilment or supply chain operations.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Proven success in leading large teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural collaborator who can build relationships across multiple teams and functions.
  • A continuous improvement focus - you love finding better ways to get things done.
