Fundraising & Communications Department at OLH&CS has an ambitious strategy to ensure sustainability and growth in our direct fundraised income in line with organisational strategic. This new position of Fundraising CRM Officer will play a vital role in the transformational growth development and stewardship of our supporter base via a wide fundraising portfolio across our three current sites of Harolds Cross Blackrock and Wicklow. This is an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate who is passionate about data and analytics as a platform for growth to join a fast-paced and dynamic Fundraising and Communications environment.
Essential Requirements
Qualifications:
- Relevant Third level qualification
Experience:
- Minimum of three years relevant experience in last five years working in a similar role in a Fundraising Department of a Charity / Not for Profit organisation/ or business sector
- Proven experience pulling very large data sets from CRM cleaning segmenting and preparing large mailing lists
- Proven Expertise controlling data /data analytics / segmentation / development of data reports/
- Demonstrable high level of expertise and experience using Excel to drive data queries including Formulas v look up and Pivot Tables. Expertise in Microsoft Office
- Expertise in CRM software / technology with ability to resolve technical CRM issues
- Experience in updating and integrating new technologies for example AI
- Proven results using data as a platform to drive transformative growth
- Excellent working knowledge of GDPR
- Proven organisational skills / project management skills/ working across teams

- Initiative determination and attention to detail / accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills - collaboration and ability to work cross departmentally
